DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Most orders will ship the same or the next day. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.
If a delivery has been shown as delivered and you have not received it to your home, you have 3 business days to contact baby@cocolittlethings.com for a replacement order. You may be asked to contact the delivery service for support depending on the situation
UNDELIVERABLE FEE
If multiple items are either refused or undeliverable due to mistaken address entry and returned to Cocolittlethings a deliverable fee will be charged to the payment form you selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 States via the UPS or USPS network. PO Box, U.S. Territories, and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPPING METHODS
UPS STANDARD
Standard shipping to all 50 states is offered via UPS standard.
USPS Priority
Expedited shipping to all 50 states is offered via USPS Priority 2-Day. Shipping costs will be messaged during checkout. Orders containing flammable products are not eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or U.S. Territories.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days to return your item(s) if you are not fully satisfied or items are damaged upon delivery. Subscriptions excluded.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at baby@cocolittlethings.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting authorization for a return will not be accepted.
CocoLittleThings will refund the price of the product and any applicable taxes paid. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less the cost of return shipping.
Please allow 2 weeks to process your return. A credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days.
